The Duet 2 (Wifi and Ethernet) work with a VIN supply of between 11V and 25V.

If it's a 12v psu with an adjustment pot that's usually intended for you to be able to dial it in to 12v exactly in case it's a little out. It's probably not a good idea to try to crank it up as much as it will go since it will be running out of spec.

ok thanks
actually anything on i have 12,8V is it ok ?

How are you measuring 12.8v?
-
i see it on webinterfac from duet

12.8V for the duet is fine.
the bed, heat cartridge and fans are the ones that could be the problem.
be aware that the power draw of those components increases at a higher rate. P = V ^ 2 / R
as @Phaedrux has said. to be on the save side adjust the small pot on the psu to produce real 12V
that said. you can do this intentionally to get faster heat up times. see
