bed not being heated fast enough

so I'm using duet3 6hc with a 328 by 328 bed. the bed is heating up pretty fast, but the printer is still giving me this since the bed is pretty big, I'm not expecting it to be heated at 1.7C/S, how do I lower this value? I'm looking at M307 but I'm not sure how to use it or if it can do the job.

What firmware version are you using on your Duet 3?
Check your config.g to see if it conforms to this message from the release notes of 3.1

Any M143 H0 command must come later in config.g than the M140 H0 command, because M140 resets the temperature limit for the heater to the default for bed heaters.

I ran M303 and M500. and it works; it's heating up correctly, even though it is still throwing the error.

@rafe, what wattage is your heat pad?
If you are using a standard 12/24V heater then your heat output is too low to work with default parameters.from https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Tuning_the_heater_temperature_control
If auto tuning fails with a message that the temperature is not rising fast enough, this indicates that either you are using too low a P value in the M303 command, or the dead time in the existing model is much too low for your heater. You can increase the dead time using the M307 command. For example, sending M307 H0 D30 will increase the dead time to 30 seconds. The actual dead time will be known after a successful auto tuning.
