@Veti I utilized the USB connection in order to update FW, I presently, have the device on PSU to operate independently,please see the attached M122 file from the website.

that usually indicate the driver has failed; as you're not using the E1 driver I would disconnect the Z motro, measure the resistance between all the pins and to ground to rule out a problem with wiring and re-map the Z drive from driver 2 to driver 4.

When and where did you purchase the Duet board?
It does sound like the driver has failed.

@Phaedrux Purchased board on 04/19/19, but I have not got around to wiring it up until this month.

@snsmith0114 I see. That would mean that the driver has failed outside of the warranty period.
I would suggest you try the what Bearer has suggested above.
If you have a free driver available you can remap the Z axis to use that driver instead using M584. You can then disable the failed driver to silence the warnings with M569 P# R-1 where P# is the number of the failed driver.
