Fan, thermostatically controlled by two temperature sensors
-
Hello! First post here. I have a setup where there is single fan (actually a water pump, but never mind) to cool down two heatsinks, and I want it to be thermostatically controlled, i.e. for it to turn off when both of the two heaters are cooler than say 50 degrees, and to turn on automatically when any of them are hotter than 50 degrees. What G-code combination should I use?

its the M106 settings
e.g
M106 P1 S1 H1 T50 ; set fan 1 value. Thermostatic control is turned on -
That'll control the fan from the temperature sensor assigned to the first heater only, wouldn't it?

if you want two heatsinks just add the second one like this
M106 P1 S1 H1:2 T50 ; set fan 1 value. Thermostatic control is turned on -
@Veti said in Fan, thermostatically controlled by two temperature sensors:
M106 P1 S1 H1:2 T50 ; set fan 1 value. Thermostatic control is turned on
That works! Thank you!
