What features aren't enabled when printing via USB?

What features don't work when a file is being streamed over USB compared to printing from an SD card?
Is this listed anywhere? -
Off the top of my head:
- Print statistics, such as remaining time estimation, current layer etc.
- Pause print will have to be handled by the GCode sender, and will take longer because all queued moves will have to complete before the pause takes place
- Filament sensors
- Resume after power fail
Don't treat the above list as exhaustive, I may have missed some. Additionally, many GCode senders can't supply data fast enough over USB, so print time may be extended.

@Phaedrux is this something that could go on the wiki?Yes, will have to find a good place to put it. Maybe the FAQ if it doesn't fit anywhere else.

I've added a small section to the firmware overview page here: https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Firmware_Overview?revisionid=HEAD#Section_Printing_over_USB_connection_Octoprint_Cura_Simplify3D_Etc
And added a question to the FAQ.

@Phaedrux wrt "Filament sensors will not function." That might be worded similar to the point above, i.e. leaving it to the gcode sender. Octoprint has plugins for both simple and pulsing sensors afaik, admittedly haven't tested either.
