M98 P"0:/macros/Bel leveling assistant"
Error: Calibration failed, computed corrections: nan nan nan nan nan nanM98 maybe because I've made a Macro but if I send G32 directly the result is the same

@the_dragonlord
execute each statement manually and see which one fails

I've lunched the G30 manually one by one and none of them gave me the error but when I run G32 it appears the error
-
@the_dragonlord
no why are you running the G32?

to have an idea on how to adjust the 6 screws.....wouldn't be this the purpose of G32?

as wrote here: https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/12356/error-calibration-failed-computed-corrections-nan-nan-nan-nan/2
In the last G30 I've changed S6 with S-1 and I get:
G32 bed probe heights: -0.634 -0.719 -0.818 -0.339 -0.068 0.045, mean -0.422, deviation from mean 0.327

try redung the x300 value in your bed get to 290

I've adjusted the screw and now I got
G32
G32 bed probe heights: -0.369 -0.432 -0.442 -0.440 -0.284 -0.312, mean -0.380, deviation from mean 0.063It doesn't seem too bad, inst'it?
Now I'm starting to build the height mesh with G29 S0 let's see what happens
-
@the_dragonlord
only allows for max of 4 points

uh, that was the problem...ok, thanks

Here's my height map....looking at the graph it looks awful is it really so?
-
@the_dragonlord
that depends on the prints it produces. -

uh, yes, of course....now I'm printing a bed leveling test in wich start GCode I've placed:G28 XY ;Home XY
M561 ; Clear any bed transform that might be in place
G1 X165 Y165 ; Move Probe to middle of bed
G30 ; Do a single probe
G29 S1 ; load height map
G1 Z20.0 F6000 ; Move Z to 20we'll see....

That looks like it could be gantry sag rather than the bed being warped up. Regardless, mesh compensation should be able to correct for it. Only way to know for sure is to test.
bedlevel_nozzle_0.4_200x200-0.3-0.8.stl
Print twice. Once with G29 heightmap loaded and again without.
