Web Control 3.2.0 - Duet 2 Wifi - Extruder0 not heating
-
I've used the old Firmware (2.0.4) until tomorow without any problems.
Now i want update my duet wifi board to the actual firmware.
I've installed, the "Duet2and3Firmware-3.0.zip" from the 3.0 release and update my board.
Then I updated my Board to 3.2.0 by the same way.Because the configuration file was changed by the 3.x release.
I createt a new configuration with the RepRapFirmware Configuration Tool (online). The headbed is heating normal, but the extruder don't heat.
On the board no voltage on E0_HEAT.When i went down to 2.x Firmware the extruder is heating again.
What's my fault ?
I've attached my config files from 2.x and 3.2
Big thanks..

Please send M122 and confirm you are in fact on firmware 3.2.
How did you update? Did you upload the entire zip file to the system tab? -
What kind of thermistor do you have for the hotend?
In RRF2 you have
M305 P1 B4725 C7.060000e-8
But in RRF3 config you have the default
M308 S1 P"e0temp" Y"thermistor" T100000 B4138

Ok, well using different thermistor values will give you different temperatures. Just be aware of that.
As for why it won't heat, how are you commanding it to turn on in RRF3? Have you selected the tool? In your RRF2 config you have T0 at the end of config.g to select the tool, but in your RRF3 config you do not, so you would need to manually select the tool before it will go to a temperature. I suggest you add T0 to the end of your RRF3 config, and also look into changing your thermistor values to match what you had in RRF2 otherwise your temperatures will be off compared to what they were in RRF2. Just because the temps match at room temperature doesn't mean they will be the same at 200c. They could be 20c or more off.
