Failed to start Duet Control Server.
-
Hi,
I just attempted to start my Duet 6CH with a RPi4, but have already run into a problem.
I've tried both the bundled micro-sd card and also the latest image (light) from the website but both result in the same issue.
Both are individually powered from separate PSUs.
What have I missed?

I've found the issue. When I picked up the RPi4 today they had a very nicely priced package deal with an RPi4, psu, microsd-card and a case.
The case seams to be of great quality, the entire top part acts as a passive cpu cooler and is manufactured by a known company.
https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/cases/raspberry-pi/pi-case-40/It also gives access to all ports from the sides so the gpio port has this 90 degree adapter built in. What wasn't very obvious was the little programmable button they added to it. It seams like the button alters the pins somehow and that was what caused the connection issue to the Duet board.

I noticed that with the Argon Pi4 case as well. The integrated fan and power buttons utilize the GPIO pins and pass them through to the outside of the case with with PCB. Does not work with the Duet. I've added a note to the SBC setup page.
