Duet 2 Ethernet isn't respond
-
Hello.
When first started with the power supply, motors, fans and Ethernet connected, it didn’t work, the Atmel CPU was very hot. What could happen and is it possible to fix something? Could statics damage the board? -
If the MCU is very hot that's usually a sign that it has been damaged, probably by excessive voltage on the 5V or 3.3V rail. It's unusual for modern electronics to be damaged by static, but not impossible.

Thanks for reply.
Is it enough to replace MCU and program board like described in Fallback procedure #3 in case other circuits are not damaged? -
@pekhterev-e frequenty if there has been a high voltage applied to the 3.3V rail, more than just the MCU is damaged.

Were you able to communicate with the Duet before you connected the motors, fans etc. ? Is there any sign of damage to other chips, in particular U2 and U3? Is anything else getting hot?
Is it a genuine UK-manufactured Duet?
