Have all g-codes that are configuration be echo-able

Some g-codes will output to the console the stored values when you send just the command with no parameters. It'd be awesome if that worked for everything.

It does work for almost all commands, however for commands that take a parameter to select a tool, heater, drive etc. you usually need to enter that parameter. For example, M569 P1 will report the parameters for driver 1.
