Good afternoon I am in the final stages of building my 1000 x1000 screw and going through the “connecting, updating and configuring your workbee for the ozznest tutorial all was going well until step 5 after I edited the config.g file to M552 S2 and uploaded I lost my connection via the IP address and can’t get it back
Any help would be much appreciated
      Dan

take out the sd card and put in in your computer. you can edit the config file with a text editor.

Do you know why it has caused me to loose the connection? Guessing it shouldn’t have lost the connection what did the command I entered do?

@bg said in Help setting up workbee lost connection:

            M552

            https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Gcode#Section_M552_Set_IP_address_enable_disable_network_interface

M552 S2 Enables the duet to act as am access point.

It may have nothing to do with the loss of connection, but which stepper motors did you get with the WorkBee?

If you bought the 2.8A (Duet2 WiFi upper limit) versions did you change the 2.4A limit to 2.8A.

I went with the Mesa Electronics 5i25, the Geckodrive G540, and LinuxCNC for my WorkBee.
