Hemera 24V auto tune failing

Hi all, been having heater problems with my Hemera on a Duet 2 Ethernet.
The auto tune starts, heats fine until 200-210 degrees and then kind of stops heating... See attached screen shot.
Any idea what can be done here? Without PID tuning I'm also getting heater faults all the time.

these sudden spikes indicate a problem with the thermistor as you cant instantly change the temperature by 20 degrees.
check the cabling and see if there is some intermittent connection.
