      Hello from spain,
I had a Duet 2 Ethernet running for about two years.
Today when he went to print, he would tell me: "Error: short-to-ground reported by driver(s) 2", and when searching in forum I found a thread where dc42 recommends checking the Z driver chip... Mine is burned.

On the diet3d.com website indicates that you first ask in the forum... And that's what I'm doing.
I bought it about 03/31/2018 (on that date I have duet3d's email sales@duet3d.com confirming the registration on its website. so I imagine that the purchase would make it that day or later...),! but it doesn't appear in my user zone.
Can you check the date of sale, to tell me if the warranty covers it?
Can it be sent somewhere to repair it?
      Thank you very much.

        https://www.duet3d.com/warranty

This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship in products purchased from www.duet3d.com for a period of 6 months from purchase.

Unless it would be of particular interest to duet3d your best bet may be DIY. "Anyone" with hot air and some flux can do it, chips are €6-7 each iirc. If you can't find anyone local to help out you could look at https://forum.duet3d.com/post/127089
