Duex5 red led on next to the E2 heat
-
I tried to run my first test print today but I guess something went wrong and now I have a red LED next to the E2 heater pin. I checked the voltage and it shows 24v. I checked all the other heater pins and they are 0v. In DWC2, the standby and active temperature for E2 is 0 and 0 so I dont know why it is still on?
The red led and voltage reads 24v upon powering up the system. Can't seem to turn it off.

@tekstyle any help? I ran a test of the e2 mosfet with a dmm. Source and drain is continuous

@tekstyle said in Duex5 red led on next to the E2 heat:
Source and drain is continuous
in both polarities? if so sounds the output mosfet failed.

Are you using any of the PWM outputs on the DueX, for example H3 for a BLTouch? They share the heater channels.

@dc42 no I am not. But I was running a 12v heater before I realized it wasnt 24v. I didn't pwn the heater to reduce power.

@bearer I believe so. In both directions
