      Part Fan issue.
Duet Wifi ... I had very hard time using Fan 0, where I suspect there might be hardware problem ... regardless.
Decided to use 1 and 2 where FAN01 is extruder cooling and FAN02 I have parts fan connected.
FAN01 appears to be doing well kicking in when thermostat kicks in but FAN02 appears to have mind of its own.
I can't stop it (perhaps not sure how), but I set in slicer 0 fan for PETG and the thing still spins at 100%.

What am I doing wrong here plz?

Please see attached my fans section:

      M950 F0 C"fan2" Q500 ; create fan 0 on pin fan2 and set its frequency
      M106 P0 S0 H1 T45 ; set fan 0 value. Thermostatic control is turned on
      M950 F1 C"fan1" Q500 ; create fan 1 on pin fan1 and set its frequency
      M106 P1 S1 H-1 ; set fan 1 value. Thermostatic control is turned off

      Thx !

Did you change your tool definition to use the new fan?

            I have not.

            ; Tools
            M563 P0 D0 H1 F0 ; define tool 0

So the F0 needs to change to F1

@Deepnoizer Not if fan 1 is the thermostatic hot end fan. If you want to use fan 2 for part cooling use F2 in your tool definition. If you want to use both fan 0 and fan 2 for part cooling use F0:2
