@Bak need to see FULL config. If that is your full config, you haven’t told the firmware that it’s a CoreXY with M669 K1.

Are you sure you have a CoreXY and not a Cartesian printer? Can you make a picture of XY steppers and belt construction please?

That's not a corexy machine, that's a Cartesian with an ultimaker style gantry.

Thanks. I'm reasonably new to this and thought I knew the difference between CoreXY and a Cartesian printer.
Thank you very much for your help I have fixed it now so it runs as it should
