Duet feedback in Yat

I am not getting any feedback from my Duet using Yat. Because of this I am not able to get my Duet to connect to my wifi. How can I fix this and connect to my wifi?

Can you took under Device Manager to see what device the COM1 port is?

no, but everytime I try to update the driver with the duet driver it says it is up to date and doesn't do anything.

But in device manager does it show as a Duet or as a bossa port? If it shows as a bossa port, it means there is no firmware on the board and it must be flashed.
