Duet 3 Mini 5+ connections problems

Hi.
I got a new Duet 3 Mini 5+.
i cant get it to make connection to my pc so that i can configurate it.

i have tried 4 computers
6 usb cabel.
when i put the usb cabel in the duet the 3v and 5v led light near reset button / power usb up but nothing happens in device management
it wont show up in device manager.
i have followed

when you plug the board in with the USB cable to a PC, try double clicking the reset button. you will see the diag light change to slow pulsing. The board should show up as a storage device. this will show if the USB cable/port is working or not.

@dk_tommyt You must press it twice in short succession, then the diag LED will start pulsing.

What LEDs light up on the board when connected to USB?

Can you try with the SD card removed?

It was hard to see in the video which LEDs exactly are lit.

it is the same whiteout sdcard.
it is 3v and 5v
