Solved G32 doesn't work after Firmware update (3.2.2)
-
Hello,
at the beging I would like to add that with old Firmware everything was working correctly, and now when I have updated it to version 3.2.2 G32 stop working.
when I run G32 Home all works correctly, then there is a time to measure a distance close to Left and Right screw... Extruder goes close to the left screw, it takes a height probe, Bed moves close to BLtouch and it takes measurement and bed goes down. Next step is to measure 2nd distance,it goes close to the place where the measurement should be taken but nothing happens, BLtouch doesn't measure a distance, bed is not moving and I get a Error: Z probe already triggered at start of probing move.
Below you can find my g - codes.
Thank you in advance for your help

@Dzabol why are you homing the w axis in you bed file when you don't have one?
-
Now I have only G28, I have copied it from different g-code and forgot to remove.
-
In config.g you have
M92 E420:420
but only have a single extruder driver listed. Remove the second 420.M950 H3 C"nil"
this isn't needed either. Remove it.;Adjust LeadScrew G30 P0 X10 Y50 Z-9999 ; Left G30 P1 X300 Y50 Z-9999 H2 ; Right ;Adjust LeadScrew 2nd G30 P0 X10 Y50 Z-9999 ; Left G30 P1 X300 Y50 Z-9999 S2 ; Right
The first block has H2 and the second has S2. They should both be S2.
At the very end you're probing again but you should use the same X Y location as you use when homing Z.
G1 X0 Y0 F6000 ; put head over the centre of the bed, or wherever you want to probe
G30Should be
G1 X153.8 Y108.5 F1000 ; Move probe to middle of bed
G30G31 P25 X11.1 Y-54.5 Z0.96
That trigger height seems low. When installed as the BLtouch is intended it should be closer to 2mm.M558 P9 C"^zprobe.in" H5 F800 T2000
F800 is very high speed for a BLtouch probe. F200 would be more normal. Can you send M122 and M98 P"config.g" and post the results please?

Today I have changed settings regarding your remarks and I don't know why but Z axis is not homing. BL is triggering but Z is not moving

Finally I have found where is the problem (it took only 16h ), and as always problem was in wiring (temporary wiring). In 1 position cables where connected and when the Extruder goes to 2 nd position BL cable disconnects and the measurement can't be done.
Sorry, and thank you for your remarks...Now I can go forward with the project

Glad you got it figured out.
