      I would like to set individual temperatures for my IDEX extruders in mirror/duplication mode.
      Since for mirror and duplication mode Extruder1 and Extruder2 are defined as one tool and the temperatures are set per tool in RRF, I do not see an option to set individual temperatures for each extruder when using T2 or T3.

        @maxgyver you can do that with the G10 command or M568 command. These commands accept multiple values for the R and S parameters, e.g. M568 P2 S205:215.
