      Hi,

      I have a new board and manage to connect to the website control panel, but now i can not access it at all.

      I can connect via USB and also on a M552 command, i have wifi access and a obtained IP, but when i type the IP into my web browser nothing happens.

      been trying to reinstall everything to factory reset.

      Please help

        If you still have access via USB you do not need to do any type of factory reset.

        If you send M122 can you post the response?

        Can you also send these commands and tell us what it responds with

        M552
        M552 S-1
        M552 S0
        M552 S1

        Are you able to ping the IP address that it claims to have?

        Can you post your config.g?
