Heater fault on boot
-
I'm doing the initial setup of my printer (with duet wifi) and have an issue with both the hotend and heated bed.
The web interface tells me there is a fault with both the hotend and heated bed. I'm not sure what is causing it to think there is a failure.
Both thermistors appear to be working correctly, they both read around 20 degrees and respond to the heat of my finger when touched.
Clearing the fault with M562 does not appear to do anything.
I managed to successfully perform the temperature tuning on the hotend by changing the max temp with M143 and M303. So I know that it is capable of heating, but it still doesn't accept a setpoint.
The heated bed failed the tuning as it did not heat up at all, I'll have to double check the wiring of the heater bed.Any help would be appreciated!

What is the exact error message you are getting from the web interface, and which firmware version are you running?
Please post your config.g file.

I'm running 1.19 as was already loaded on the board when I received it.
The error is something along the lines of "Heater Fault, Check the console, Check the wiring and reboot" The console has no further information.
I'm not at home at the moment, so I used the RepRap configurator to generate the config below based on the same choices I made at home. Ok I found the issue, the config had the following problematic lines
[[gcode]] M143 H0 S ; Set temperature limit for heater 0 to C M143 H1 S ; Set temperature limit for heater 1 to C
I put values in and it works now
Thanks for your assistance!
