Currently there is no facility to set a bed temperature limit.

Is this something that will come in a future firmware release?

I'd like to second that, 125 degrees seems to be a bit restrictive. Was trying to print polycarbonate and while my bed could handle 140, there's just no way around it short of an external PID controller.

The temperature limits can be set independently for each heater in firmware version 1.17. See http://reprap.org/wiki/Gcodes#M143:_Maximum_hot-end_temperature.
