Looking for some help related to my E Stepper that runs my E3D Titan

This is the model of stepper im using its a small nema 17

I triple checked the wiring and the left two wires on the connector are for one coil and the right two wires are for the other coil
currently when i try and drive the motor it vibrates and get very hot

I have also tried switching one coil pair incase they are fighting each other

max Current Phase is 0.8A

I have tried with 600Mah with no difference
I cant get this thing to turn
it moves easily by hand

I ended up replacing the motor. now it works
