[SOLVED] No heater fault on hot bed
-
EDIT: [SOLUTION]
My fault, heater protection is only triggered when the respective heater is active. I have
T0
at the end of config.g so the hotend heater is always in active state but hot bed isn't. After trying to set hot bed to any temperature when thermistor is unplugged it triggers the heater fault.Original Post

I was just testing the heater fault detection and it is working as expected for the hotend heater. If I pull the thermistor plug temperature jumps to 2000°C and after max 15s the heater faults and I get
Error: Temperature reading fault on heater 1: sensor open circuit
in the Gcode Console of DWC.
When I pull the plug for the hot bed thermistor, though, temperature also jumps to 2000°C but no heater fault will be triggered.

So it should trigger. What is wrong here?
