Question about Mesh Grid Heightmap

After running the mesh grid compensation procedure it shows the mesh grid heightmap.
Does this image represent what was found or what the bed will appear to be during printing?

It represents what your bed looks like in reality. Mesh compensation will adjust head height to move up and down your peaks and valleys to maintain a consistent distance between nozzle and bed.

Now I just need to figure out why my delta's bed, which measures flat within +/- 50 microns over most of the area has this nasty drop off as you travel towards the max radius between the Y and Z towers.
Delta's can be frustrating, I don't know that I will ever get it as flat as I would like.

On a delta, if the Z probe is offset from the nozzle then you also get a false apparent tilt of the bed if the effector tilt varies with XY position.

On this machine I'm using "mag ball" joints for the effector with a number of different different effectors which are the exactly the same, within the limits of 3D printing, except for the hot end mounted.
Aside from the Smart Effector I haven't tried to equip the others with a Z-probe but instead have dedicated effectors with a few different types of Z-probes. The probes are centered to the best of my design abilities.
One effector has a dial indicator and it tracks nicely everywhere, within the +/- 50 microns I mentioned, except for the area near the mid point of the Y and Z towers.
That area just happened to be the last area I was measuring and it was very frustrating to watch an otherwise very flat bed begin to "fail" as the indicator moved toward that area.
If I could devise a means for changing hot ends for Cartesian printers that works as well as these effectors do I might just convert my deltas back into a box of parts.
