Is it possible to add Ethernet capabilities in addition to WiFi on the Duet Wifi? I'm looking for a way to offer the user the option to connect via ethernet or WiFi.

I believe you can modify the Duet Wifi to have ethernet, but the method that I have read about removes the Wifi. I'm looking for a way to have both. It may be easier to go the other way and add Wifi to the Duet Ethernet, I'm not sure.

      Ideas/thoughts?

Do you happen to know if plugging in a micro usb to ethernet adapter to the micro usb port on the Duet Wifi would work. My guess is that it is not supported.

The USB port on the Duet is not a USB host, so it can't do much other than provide power and data connection.

If you start with a DuetWifi you can use an ethernet to wifi bridge dongle.

@phaedrux get something like a TP-Link travel router and set it up as a wifi repeater/expander they work great and are not very expensive.

              Something like travel router
