My main board was burned

When I turned on the power as usual ,
the y axis tmc chip suddenly burned ,
and I don't know why ,
I found that it was burned when I enabled the y axis thc chip on the config.g filePSU:meanwell 24v 350w power supply
Stepper motor: E3d 0.9 degree step motor.
The max current I set was 1000mA by default -

I tried to used arg 17 power cable with only 15 cm , but still doesn't work.
But the servo channel on the duex5 can be used with no problem -

Hello, I encountered a problem .
I plugged in my Duex5 and I found that the driver on the expansion board is not work, and I used M122 firmware diagnostics to check the problems.
