@Veti I utilized the USB connection in order to update FW, I presently, have the device on PSU to operate independently,please see the attached M122 file from the website.

@Phaedrux, the error is still present when the Z motor is disconnected from the board.

@Phaedrux I apologize it is the Z Axis that is connected to the Driver 2 location. I am utilizing the Option A with the two jumpers on the ZB pins. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

@Veti the x axis motor is connected to that driver port. I have be unable to move anything because once powered on I get alerted with the error. I am running 3.1.1 fw. Thanks

Limited knowledge of Duet 2 wifi but I have run into this error. I have checked the wiring and believe that it is ok, but not sure if I fried the driver. Any one have any suggestions. Thanks,
