Thanks for the replying. on the Machine properties page, it shows the endstop hit "yes" for x axis without any wire connection to x-endstop. I've checked to physical short and there is none on the pin. With the x-endstop connected the value "yes" always stays the same high.. I measures the x-stop pin and it's value is 3.3V. So it look like the value is stuck high and does not get pulled down when engaged..

X Axis endstop issue.
I'm in the process of configuring my Duet 2 wifi and I'm running into X axis endstop issue. The endstop on the axis is activated even when the switch is not connected. I don't have any issue with the Y or Z axis endstop. The endstops are set in the config file with the following statement:
; Endstops
M574 X1 Y1 Z1 S1 ; set active high endstopsY and Z work fine but not X.
has anyone seen this issue before?
