Hi. I have two problems with my Duet 2 Wifi installation.
Im runnning a water cooled hotend and have an SSR to run the water pump for the cooling. However it behave in a strange way. I have connected the SSR to a PWM fan output and th pump starts as it should when the triger temp is reached. However the pump stutters as if the voltage is to love or as if the SSR is cutting on and off rapidly. What can be the fault? Here is the code for the fan output.
; Fans
M950 F0 C"fan0" Q500 ; create fan 0 on pin fan0 and set its frequency
M106 P0 S0 H-1 ; set fan 0 value. Thermostatic control is turned off
M950 F1 C"fan2" Q500 ; create fan 1 on pin fan2 and set its frequency
M106 P1 S0 H1 T45 ; set fan 1 value. Thermostatic control is turned on
I have tried with the other PWM fan outputs but same behavour so it is probably not a board fault.
I also have problem with the Filament out sensor.
I have a normal sensor with a breaker switch inside.
Here is the config for the Filamanet ut sensor.
; Filament runout sensor on endstop port E1
M591 D0 P1 C"!e0_stop" S1 ; filament monitor connected to E0_stop
FIrst the endstop worked perfectly fine but after a print or two it started to detect filament out off and on.
Anyone knwo how to solve these twwo challenges?
