I will also take this opportunity to praise you and the rest of the Duet team for an outstanding system.

I've been sent here from PrintedSolid.

I bought a PD5i for my Duet2 WiFi and believe it to have a display issue out of the box.

The screen shows grey with random black lines running throughout. I've confirmed the Main board is healthy by plugging in my 7i from another printer. The 5i responds to touch but will not show any image. The erase button yielded a fully blank screen. After updating to latest firmware the black lines return.

If there's anything I missed, let me know. Otherwise I'm told that Duet has to approve my warranty claim here.
