Adding Progress % and Time Remaining to the 12864 display

I worked on this feature a while back and wanted to see what review process was necessary to get it included in the baseline.

I am sorry, it appears that I overlooked that one. I'll try to review it in time for the 2.04 release, or else include it in RRF3 soon.
