How I update Italian for DWC?

I'm Francesco and I'm Italian. Some months ago I rewrite the Duet Web Control in Italian, but I didn't find a way to upload my work. Someone could help me?

The Version of DWC is 1.22.6

If you mean that you want your changes included in future versions of DWC, then you need to send chrishamm a pull request via github. See https://github.com/chrishamm/DuetWebControl/blob/master/README.md#internationalization. However, development has switched to version 2.0.x now.
