my config: Duet 3 6HC with RRF3 + exp 3HC

is it possible to monitor on DWC a thermistor temperature without defining a Heater and a Tool ?

Yes, you declare a sensor using M308. If you give it a name, it will be visible in the Extras tab of DWC.
