Firmware 2.05 in preparation

I had hoped that 2.04 would be the last release of RRF 2, but a few bugs have come to light that justify a 2.05 release. You can track the changes that will be implemented at https://github.com/dc42/RepRapFirmware/blob/dev/WHATS_NEW.md. As one of the bug fixes requires fairly extensive changes, there will be at least one release candidate before the final release.

Bed compensation did not take account of the XY offset of the printing nozzle from the head reference point
does that refer to the offset specified with G10 ?

Yes, the tool offset specified with G10.
