How do i down grade my board the an earlier firmware then 3.0RC1?

@Mickyg02 To downgrade to an earlier version, just upload the file to .sys then run M997. I always delete the existing firmware file before uploading the new one because that's how it used to be a few months ago, but that may not be necessary now.
