    Hello.
I purchased M3D PROMEGA, but I am having trouble connecting to Duet web control.

I looked at the following page and tried to solve it, but it was impossible.

It seems that the M 997 S0 was able to update the firmware, but I could not connect even if I typed the IP address.

Is it because the IP address of PC and the IP address of Duet are different?

Does anyone know the cause? I would appreciate your help.!

could be, depends on the rest of your network if it allows routing between the two networks.

Seems obvious that 2 devices in unequal network segments cannot reach eachother.
Are you convinced they are connected to the same router / network? It is not normal that devices in the same network get IP addresses through dhcp that are not in the same segments.

If you think trial and error is dangerous, try routine. That's even more so!

          Thank you for your reply.
PC → wifi Duet → Router
I am connected to the Internet, so I will adjust it.

            Hello.

As you said, when I looked up the IP address,
PC → IP address of wireless Wi-Fi
Duet → IP address of wired router
Could not connect because it was.

I turned off the wireless wifi on my computer and connected it to a wired router, which connected me to Duet web control.

Thank you all for your help.
