    how bout the messages themselves. What slicer are you using? Can you share the gcode file?

        Perhaps this is a new feature in 3.1.0. I haven't tested it myself yet.

        I can't read german so I'm not sure if there's an option there.

          Most likely your slicer has inserted M117 commands in the GCode file that it generated. This is an option in some slicers.

            @dc42 Not in the case of the gcode he uploaded.

              @dc42
              no it is not an M117 in the entire Gode

                  @Elko Do you have a daemon.g in your system directory? The only reason those messages can pop up is from a M117 code somewhere in your config.

                    No, it is not an M117 M118 in the entire Gode or in a system / file

                      1. Are you running a Duet 3 with attached single board computer? If that's the case, are you using a DSF plugin that could be generating the messages?

                      2. Do you have anything connected to the USB port of the Duet?

                        I now know where the "error" comes from
                        I connected Repetier to the Duet2 via WLAN
                        This will probably poll the data for 5 seconds when I start printing from there
                        Only for INFO I am fully satisfied with the DUET2 super thing

                          @Elko said in How do I get these messages away every 5sec:

                          Looks like Repetier is sending those M117 command then! There may be an option in Repetier configuration not to generate them.
