So several settings/toggles in the General area of the Duet Web Control Setting panel no longer align with the manual: https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Duet_Web_Control_Manual#Section_General_1 Can you tell me what enabling "save settings in local storage" causes to happen?

Does it save it to the local storage of the device viewing the website or does it mean it generates a file on the Duet to make the settings carry across the device?

The second setting is the "save cache to local storage" does this write it to the Duet or to the device viewing the page?

@Baenwort AFAIK, the only local storage is the SD card.

that would be the viewing device browser (so individual to each device)

edit which version are you using?

@bearer 3.1.1 is the version I am using. However looking at the manual I think it has been miss matching for a while.

I see that the two answers I've gotten conflict. Hopefully we can get a tie breaker soon. 🙂

@chrishamm could tell you what has changed.

Documentation will have to be updated to match the new DWC format I suppose.
