Minor issue with console output for M207

This came up in another thread. It applies to DWC 3.1.1. but the issue may pre-date that version. The output for M207 shows values, on separate lines for Tool 0, Tool 1, Tool 2 then a truncated response for Tool 3 and no further values for any other tools.
But M207 is a single command which applies to all tools. So the response need only be one line and need not have the tool number. Unless there is something that I have overlooked and that there is a way to set different firmware retraction parameters for individual tools, in which case the full response for all tools needs to be displayed.
