Hi, I have an axis which should be directly assigned to 8 motors spread across 3 expansion boards, but when I use M584 to assign the motors to an axis, it is giving me an array too long error.

Is there any way to assign more motors to an axis?

Not currently. Is the main board a Duet 3 MB6HC? If so then I can increase the limit.

Mainboard is a 6HC, but I'm sunning all the motors on this axis on expansions.

@lee7670, I've put a 3.3beta build of RRF for MB6HC at https://www.dropbox.com/sh/wme9k0z86sytg33/AAAT6wrHp2eeJHK-dYoW1Um4a?dl=0. Read the release notes at https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/blob/v3-dev/WHATS_NEW_RRF3_Beta.md.
