Does anyone happen to have this? My Duet wifi is bricked after a failed firmware update and the Atmel site registration doesn't seem to be working. Frustrating.

Seconded. I accidentally hit erase instead of reset…...
https://github.com/shumatech/BOSSA exists, however I dont know if the duet is part of any of those families.If anyone has a linux version they would like to post I could work with that.

You can use Bossa/bossac 1.8 (not the earlier versions) with the series 2 Duets. If using the GUI version (Bossa), check the Erase all, Lock and Boot to flash boxes. Bossa doesn't work on high-DPI screens at present.
