Bossa port
-
Hello, my duet is not working again. I turned on today and could not connect via browser. then have tried over pc has shown me bossa port. then I wanted to flash again, but it does not work
-
It could be that the processor is not fully erased. Either press the Erase button on the Duet for at least half a second, or use SAM-BA to erase the flash before you write the firmware file.
-
I have 2 seconds printed and then reset, but does not work
-
In your video, the "Sending file" step is finishing much too quickly, so something isn't right.
EDIT: Please try using Bossa 1.8 instead.
-
I have now tried 1.18 and other pc. Unfortunately does not work. what else can I do?
-
What error does Bossa 1.18 report? Did you check Erase All, Lock and Boot to Flash before pressing Write?
-
I tried firmware 1.8 or what do you mean?
-
Now I have installed with bossa, but I still have bossa port

Can you confirm that the only source of power to the Duet was USB?
if so then I'm sorry, it looks as though there is something wrong with the processor. If you bought the Duet not more than six months ago, please ask your supplier to replace it under warranty.
-
yes, only source

I think we have to discuss this internaly first @dc42. I will talk to Roland as we already did replace a board for this customer for free(we talked bout that U2 IC thing, short to ground by pushing in the heatblock heaters screw till there was 12/24V on the thermistor,).
Greetings
