      I've been having problems with print artifacts as seen in this post link text
      I've run the update on the pi via ssh and the update of reprapfirmware on the MB6HC failed, it looks like all the other modules upgraded successfully.

      Duet 3 MB6HC MB6HC 3.5.3
      Duet Software Framework DSF 3.6.0-beta.1
      Duet Web Control DWC 3.6.0-beta.1

      During the ugrade I had this response:

      There is 1 outdated board:
      - Duet 3 MB6HC (3.5.3 -> 3.6.0-beta.1)
      Would you like to update them all (Y/n)? y
      Updating firmware on mainboard... Error: JsonTypeInfo metadata for type 'DuetControlServer.Commands.Code' was not provided by TypeInfoResolver
      of type 'DuetAPI.Commands.CommandContext'. If using source generation, ensure that all root types passed to the serializer have been annotated
      with 'JsonSerializableAttribute', along with any types that might be serialized polymorphically.

      What do I need to do to get the Duet3 MB6HC firmware upgrade to the latest beta?

      Thanks.

        Ok, I've tried uploading the firmware bin file directly to the board and installed the update from there, this appears to have worked. I will run through some print tests and hopefully it's all working correctly now.

        [edit]
        Having run a few test prints at different layer heights, it seems the latest beta firmware 99% resolves the artifacts issue I was having with 3.5.3. There is still a very faint hint of artifacting in a few areas but not enough to be an issue for my prints.
