I got my new display today, the 5 inch
the other was faulty, the touch screen did not work,
now I'm working on putting the firmware on it now that all seems to be going well, according to bossa. only he shows a white display when I connect him afterwards, what am I doing wrong?

Which version of the PanelDue controller do you have (it's written on the back of the PCB), which firmware binary file are you trying to install on it, and what is the size of the file you downloaded?

firmware PanelDue-v3-5.0 the newest,
but I have been back to the dealer and got a new one so it was faulty.

And what is the size of the file you downloaded? Another user recently had a similar problem because the downloaded file was the wrong size.

@dc42 the size of the file is 117kb,
but I went back to the store today and gave it to him and looked at it and said it was not right, so I got another one, now I have chosen the 7 inch
