When i try to connect to the board to my computer I keep getting couldnt connect. And after a few time of restaring the printer and getting diffrent up it will connect

hi when i put the ip address in to connect to that my Duet 2 Maestro is assigned, the web browser time out due to it taking to long. any help? ive followed the step by step process of setting board up for internet

1. Send M552 to the Duet over USB, and check that the message says that the network is running and confirms the IP address.

2. Test whether you can ping the IP address of the Duet from your PC.
