dwc broken after 2.02 upgrade

Can't connect after 2.02 firmware upgrade through dwc. no theres no usb communication despite the win driver being install. dwc opens but won't connect with no error. just says connecting forever. I pulled sd card and checked config.g for network info. It's correct. router shows it's online. lights all look good. what now?

Does the Duet show up in the Device Manager when connected?
Which lights are lit up when it's connected to USB?
