Hi,

if i enter a temperature for heater 1 (heatbed) the heater will set to active if i hit enter and start heating. If i enter a temperature for heater 0 (extruder) the heater will NOT be activated by hitting enter so i have manually activate it.

Please allow the automatic activation by enter temp and hitting enter for all heaters. Thank you.
