Z homing with probe on bed compensation points

Thinking loud here but it would be nice to be able to do a Z homing where it used 3 of the points that where used on the height map that is loaded and if it had to big deviation it would throw a warning. This could let us know when it's time to make a new height map/level the bed.
Any thoughts? Did I explain it so it can be understood?
